About The Founder
Mr. Satvashil Kadam, founder of Vardhan Builders & Developers, has over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction.
A B.E. (Civil) graduate from Rajarambapu College of Engineering (RIT), Islampur, he gained 7 years of industry experience before starting the company.
Under his leadership, the company has successfully completed 12 projects and built over 65 buildings.
